Our 2017 Team Member Campaign is under way; please give if you can to these great programs!

Our annual Team Member Campaign, when team members can give to several important Mountain States Foundation funds, is in progress. It started yesterday, March 20, and runs through April 3. Among the programs our campaign supports is the Team Member Emergency Fund, which directly benefits team members who are in dire need. Here’s a quick example of how the Team Member Emergency Fund has assisted team members going through tough times.

My husband had been out of work for almost a year and the only income we had was mine. Our water pipes froze in the night and burst, causing our well pump to continue to run. The pump burned up and destroyed all of the parts and sensors that allows the pump to run properly. Everything had to be replaced. Team Member Emergency Fund was a lifesaver for me and my family.

The Team Member Emergency Fund made a difference to the people in this family, and tough times can hit anyone, so it’s good to know this program is available. All it takes to keep it going is contributions, even small ones, from across Mountain States.

In addition to the Team Member Emergency Fund, there are other programs the foundation oversees that provided much-needed services to those in need – like the Circle of Hope, Helping Hands and parish nursing.

For those who are already signed up for a recurring donation, you DO NOT need to sign up again. Your donation will automatically be made for this year (and THANK YOU!). If you’d like to make changes to your current donation (amount, which fund receives it, etc.), email your changes and team member number to Please note these changes will become effective July 1, 2017, unless otherwise instructed.

During the campaign we'll be doing daily drawings for gift cards and show tickets for anyone who donates to the Team Member Campaign. People with a recurring donation are automatically entered for the daily drawings.

If you’re able to, please give even just a little bit to help others. Thank you!
