The Mountain States Foundation recently honored a Franklin Woods nurse for being a Grateful Patient recipient. Morgan Thompson, RN, was recognized by one of her patients for her excellent care. Morgan works on the third floor.

“Any time I needed help on your shift, you were so gracious, warm and supportive. I am most grateful. God bless you and all the third-floor staff,” the patient wrote Morgan.

The Grateful Patient program offers patients and their friends and families a way to say “thank you!” to a caregiver who made a difference to them, while also making a donation in that caregiver’s honor to support future patient care.

Thank you, Morgan, for going above and beyond for your patients! To learn more about this program, visit www.mshafoundation.org/who-we-are/grateful-patient.
