Help us fill a hard-to-recruit position and you could earn big bucks through the Boomerang Program!

We have great team members at Mountain States, and we’ve always considered our people to be the best resource we have. So what better way to build our team than through the people who are already here!

That’s why Mountain States is offering big bonuses to team members who help us find new caregivers for hard-to-recruit positions. You can earn $1,500 or $1,000 for bringing in certain hard-to-fill positions. This is part of our Boomerang Program.

Earn $1,500 for:

  • Registered nurses
  •  Medical technologists
  • IS positions (as approved)


Earn $1,000 for: 

  • Physical therapy assistants
  •  Scrub (surgical) techs
  • Certified occupational therapy assistants
  • Physical therapist
  • Ultrasound technologist

BONUSES: Bonuses will be paid out in increments, and the referring team member must be employed at time of payout:

  •  50% at time of hire on the first paycheck after the new hire start
  •  25% at 30 days
  •  25% at 90 days

For every referral who is hired, the referring team member will be also entered into a quarterly raffle for different prizes! (i.e. Dollywood tickets, AMC movie tickets, etc.)
