Don't hesitate to nominate: Do you know someone who's deserving of a Servant's Heart Award?

Here are some of last year's Servant's Heart winners; the nomination period is open through Dec. 31, 2017.Nominations for the 2018 Servant’s Heart Award, Mountain States’ highest honor, are open through Dec. 31, 2017.

Servant’s Hearts recipients love and care for people, both within their paid positions at Mountain States and throughout their community, and always follow a philosophy of patient-centered care. To make a nomination, look on the Pulse page under “In the Spotlight” and click on “Servant’s Heart Award Nominations.”

   • Do you know a nurse who routinely goes above and beyond the call of duty?

   • Have you witnessed a doctor providing compassionate, patient-centered care?

   • Do you know an administrator who leads by example and is always ready to help?

   • Can you name a team member who goes the extra mile every day?

   • Is there a volunteer who serves selflessly on every shift?

If so, please nominate them for a Servant’s Heart Award!

The nomination need not be related to just one single act of kindness; this person probably routinely goes ABOVE AND BEYOND the normal duties of his/her position. Quite simply, they possess the heart of a servant.

The criteria for consideration include an uninterrupted tenure with Mountain States for at least the last five years. The nominee should have an impeccable record of providing service for others in both health care and in their community.

Don’t be afraid to write a nomination and help us recognize these special team members so we can spread their positive attitudes, care philosophies and motivations with others!
